Our Providers
Allysen Kelly
DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
As a dual-board certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner, Allysen’s approach to wellness is holistic, emphasizing the interconnected relationship between the mind-body-soul. She is devoted to self-improvement and continued learning as she is currently gaining hours towards her certifications in Perinatal Mental Health, NEI Master Psychopharmacologist, and Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Arizona nursing program and is a current hospital board member in Northern Arizona. As the founder of Hand Me Hope, a nonprofit for single moms and their children, she is passionate about improving women’s mental health across the lifespan through individualized care.
