Life Seasons

  • Perinatal mental health

Pregnancy and the postpartum period can be a time of significant emotional and psychological adjustment for women, particularly for new mothers. Perinatal mental health concerns such as postpartum depression, anxiety, and postpartum psychosis can occur during pregnancy, after birth, or both.

  • Stress and burnout

Women, particularly mothers, often juggle multiple roles and responsibilities, such as work, family, and caregiving, which can lead to chronic stress and burnout.

  • Trauma

Trauma, such as sexual or physical abuse, can have a significant impact on women's mental health, and particularly on mothers. Trauma can lead to mental health conditions such as PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

  • Mood disorders

Women, including mothers, are more likely than men to experience depression and anxiety. Hormonal changes that occur during the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and menopause can also affect mood.

  • Parenting concerns

Being a parent can be challenging and demanding experience. Statistically, mothers are the primary caregivers at home in addition to other responsibilities. Women deserve more support to effectively parent.

  • Teens and young women

In a period of incredible change and finding your true identity, teens and young women are often faced with the emergence of new stress and mental health concerns.

With a focus on women's mental health and wellness,

we offer a range of services and support to help women thrive in every season of life.
